This month we Rocked Red for Ride High in celebration of our 10th birthday.
Supporters from around Milton Keynes joined in the celebrations by dressing-up, baking and organising special events. We saw amazing people take on super challenges, including Katie Gulliver who is partially sighted who rode 12km across Milton Keynes, side saddle in a red historicak costumer. Amazing!
Here at Ride High we marked our birthday at the Ride High Equestrian centre on Tuesday 18th June. Current members and ex members from years gone by, friends, supporters and the Mayor of Milton Keynes joined us for an evening of celebration hosted by our Founder and CEO Rachel Medill MBE. It was fantastic to bring everyone together and celebrate just how much impact our small charity has had on the lives of disadvantaged children in our city.
In just ten years we have changed the lives of over 1,200 children. Founded in 2008 in a portacabin with just six youngsters, we are now working with 88 children every week.
